SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Your Lunettes will be lovingly packaged up and shipped out within 3 days. We will notify you when they're on their way. Please allow the following additional approximate timeframes for their arrival:
U.K: 3 working days
Rest of Europe: 7 working days
Rest of world: 14 working days
We send all our orders out using a secure tracked service. However, occasionally packages do go astray. If this is the case we will ask you to be patient while we process a claim with our postal provider, before issuing a refund.
We hope that you love your Lunettes. However, we understand if they don't quite suit, in which case you are welcome to return them to us, in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange.
Once we receive them, you'll be issued a full refund, inclusive of the original postage fee paid, or if you opt for an exchange, your replacement Lunettes will be sent out to you.
Please note we cannot take responsibility for packages that go missing en route back to us; we therefore recommend using a tracked postal service to enhance security.
